Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING TIME, WARRANTY AND RETURNS

1. All products are shipped within 3 business days from the placement of the order. If quantity on hand is not available for shipment within 3 days, we will let you know within 48 hours. At that time, you will have the option of waiting for the desired quantity or obtain a full refund.

2. All stock products are eligible for a 30-day return. The customer is responsible for shipping back the product to us.  Refunds will be processed in 72 hours from the date when we receive your return. Customized products carry a different return policy to be determined on case-by-case basis. Please contact us.

3. All products are backed by a one-year warranty, parts, and labor. Please contact us for an RMA before returning defective products. We will repair or replace the defective products within 30 days from the day when it has been received.

4. We accept no liability in the case of the customer's equipment malfunction in connection to our equipment malfunction.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit BMS-ANCHORPAD or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
